Love the food! They are always busy though so make reservations just in case or go off peak hours unless you have time to spare.

This restaurant has a nice environment with a nice staff. The food was good. I love Thai food, but can't handle a lot of heat. When I asked for a 1 level, it was actually not spicy! (I've been to some Thai restaurants that can't turn down the heat). I appreciated that,. The massaman curry with chicken was delicious. I love having sticky rice with my dish, and although it was good, the serving size was pretty small. Overall we enjoyed our dinner and will likely eat here again when we're in Bellevue.

They were accomodating when I went in close to closing time. 5 on their spiciness scale was way too mild. Maybe I should have specified that I could handle it. Portion size of the special was small for the price but tasted good aside from the mildness

Delicious food every time we visit. I highly recommend the Veggie Tom Ka soup and Thai Ginger Special.

Food and service was good. Feedback: crab fried rice good but not worth $22. Beef option $2 extra might be too much. Over all good food is most important.

Good food and friendly, very noisy but in a good way

I came in and was greeted with sweet and caring staff, the atmosphere was comfortable and hospitable. Id say that the food is more of a comfort food version of Thai food. Either way the food was delicious and I'm definitely getting a takeout order when I get a chance!

Went to the Thai Ginger - Factoria, Bellivue, WA, with a friend, who recommended such. I enjoyed Crispy Garlic Chicken.

The Pad Thai was amazing! Would definitely go back for more. Every dish is well made and heart is put into. The people there are super nice and work super hard so if the place is busy, just be patient.

We love this place! The food is excellent and the service is good. Their pad thai is delicious, though quite sweet so be prepared for that. The spring rolls are tasty, and is the chicken cashew dish we had. The Thai Ice Tea was great, but unfortunately it's 90% ice. If you order it, ask for only a tiny bit of ice so you get more to drink.

Great quick delicious Thai food. We were in the middle of a bicycle ride on a 40F day, so warmth was great!

Good place with nice food and quick service. We tried the massamun curry which was cooked well in the peanut sauce. This place is great choice for Lunch.

For an authentic Thai meal you can't beat Thai Ginger! The food is rich with spices and flavor. The service is excellent.

This is my favorite Thai Restaurant. It is small but the ambience is nice, quite and relaxing. Food is amazing. I usually order beef curry. Their rates on how much spicy you want from 1 - 5 is pretty spicy. I usually 2 stars and it's perfect. Other than that you guys should try this place.

I left USA 8 years ago and I'm still craving this place's food. I was addicted to their phadthai. It's my favourite Asian restaurant. Tasty, delicious finger lickin' good flavorful simply stunning food.

Great thai food.

I am giving this restaurant 4 stars because the phad thai was wonderful. However, the other dishes we had were not very flavorful at all. And one of our seafood dishes had a very peculiar large growth on the outside of the mussel shell. It was worrisome enough for us to send the dish back. The staff were friendly enough. The restaurant was a little dingy, and the air was so stuffy and hot. It was difficult to get used to. For these reasons, I would have easily given a 2 star review, however, that phad thai was their saving grace. :-)

My sister and I had lunch here yesterday and it was delicious. Love that they have lunch combinations so you get several flavors and delicious choices. We both ordered red curry chicken. First course was a nummy soup then with the curry, came wonderful veggie phad thai, little spring rolls and fluffy jasmine rice. All for a very reasonable $15. The tray of hot seasonings came with the most flavorful and beautifully prepared bowl of thai chilies perfectly cut in tiny slices and marinating in a nummy liquid. Hot but so flavorful. The menu is terrific and has the usual dishes plus great dishes you don't see in all thai places. The women working there were chearful, helpful, and attentive. The restaurant is comfortable clean and decorated with lots of wood and touches of Thailand. Their parking lot is a bit tricky to get to so we parked behind in a different shopping area and walked around to get there. Not a big deal. This is a restaurant well worth going to. We can't wait to go back.

I am a person who pursues perfection. I have been eating here for several years, and, for a while, every day,The owner is a very kind and hardworking person, the atmosphere is very comfortable, no matter which country you come from, you can feel very comfortable here, using fresh ingredients, no MSG, using homemade chili sauce and some Homemade condiments, a big difference here is that the chef understands the perfect combination of various ingredients. There are pork, beef and shrimp combinations, all kinds of ginger and spicy grades. Unexpectedly, there are actually Some authentic Chinese dishes, very classic spicy eggplant, in short, this is one of the few best restaurants, even in Thailand, it is also considered the best Thai restaurant! It is especially recommended that the beef salad combination is very healthy and delicious. It has both classic American quality beef and some Hawaiian style. Be sure to try it!

I got the pad Thai with peanut sauce as an add on. It was utterly delicious. The server was really in the ball and made sure our drinks were constantly full and that we had everything we wanted in a timely fashion. Will definitely come here again, can't wait to try some more if their dishes!

Thai Ginger in Factoria is such a great place to eat, not only the service is excellent so is the food. Parking is OK, lots of seating inside, decor looks warm & inviting but the places gets pretty noisy when the restaurant is full. #localguides

A good little standby that is worth a tasty lunch. Be creative and ask for the way you want it done - they are very accommodating! Less sweet, check!

My daughter and her husband had a birthday dinner here. The food was a bit too spicy for me but was very good. It was really tasty and everyone had a good time.

Food is good. Tried the Lunch Combination of Cashewnut Chicken. The place is crowded during lunch hours. Sitting is a bit cramped. Kitchen is just next to sitting area. This can be distracting for some people. Food is tasty. Pricing is on the upper side. Worth a try !
